Minnesota House Approves Cannabis Legalization, New York City Opens First Dispensary, and More Cannabis News
As of February 14th, 2023, the bill to legalize cannabis for adults 21 and up has been approved by the Minnesota House, and is currently being vetted. Senate Bill 211 removes marijuana as a Schedule I drug from the state’s criminal code, and provides oversight regulating its cultivation, sale, and product labeling.[0] House Bill 360 also legalizes the possession and use of cannabis for individuals over the age of 21.
